Hi ladies,
I have finally found a product that is actually working on my large fibroids. if you live near pelham parkway and white plains road. please stop by good and natural and pick up Women's Best Friend. Comes in a pink color bottle. My periods were lasting 6-7 days, i started taking this product last month, and this is what has been happening. 1st day changed only twice, 2nd day three times, 3rd day three times, 4th day (today), 1 time, and it looks like it's tapering off. The other thing I noticed is that I'm not flooding my pads like before. I'm still passing medium sized clots, but i'm not going through a bag of pads by day 3 or 4. Normally, with my periods my 2nd or 3rd day would be very heavy, but not this cycle. when you start taking them, your first period may be a little heavy that's normal, because this product is intended to clean and strengthen the uterus and ovarian areas. I truly think it working. I've tryed vitalzym, which made me hemorrage sort of. Then when I wrote in about the product the Dr. Wang said why would you continue to take a product that's harming you....mind you I spent over $100 on this product. I am willing to also try another product called Fibrovan along with Women's Best Friend. I went to Columbia Presbyterian last week to discuss my options and was told the same thing that because of the size of my fibroids I would have to have mymectomy. I was disappointed, and left, things happen for a reason. If this product continues to show me improvements, I will continue to use for maintenance, and it only costs $19.95. Good luck and please let me know if this product is helping u. Best of health Niecy |

I'm curious, has anyone else used this product or a similar one? In your experience, does the product actually shrink the fibroids? Help with pain? Pressure? etc... Fortunately, I have not experienced excessive bleeding from my fibroids, but I do/did have severe cramps for about two weeks out of the month. I'm wondering if a product like this would help me and others who are not experiencing the heavy bleeding, but other symptoms instead.
Thanks, Janet |

I have taken Neprinol which is an enzyme which may shrink fibroids. After 1 week, I noticed a change. For the last two years, I could only have sex in one position due to pain. After 1 week, the pain was gone during intercourse! I finished the first bottle and I can't say that I have noticed shrinkage but I am keeping my hopes up. I have 2 more bottles on the way!

I've been taking primrose oil tablets--my chiropractor suggested I try them (she had cysts and said primrose oil helps with reproductive health).
I'm a little skeptical of Women's Best Friend and I'm a fan of herbs. Also, are there any bad side effects of Neprinol? I've never heard of that enzyme before. |

Excellent, Niecy!
I take Fibrovan, which seems to work for me and the large fibroids I have. I am glad you found a product that works for you! I intend on taking Fibrovan until the day I reach menopause. That will be many years, but I just refuse to beleive I have disposable parts that can be cut out of my body! |

Hi Chiemera,
I have a 8cm and 2cm fibroids. It was diagnosed when I was 3 months pregnant. My large fibroid makes me feel discomfort while sitting and bladder pressure and bowel pressure too. I'm also considering 'Fibrovan' and I spoke to the guy at fibrovan. He mentioned that I can talk to the one of the patients' (stacey, whose story is there on fibrovan website) doctor here in Newport beach, CA. The Doctor's front office get back to me and said that the doctor says that she is not going to recommend or comment on this product as she is not affiliated in any ways to fibrovan (Even the guy at Fibrovan already told me this.) I was actually trying to consult that doctor to know if really the fibrovan worked for her patients (the doctor is a fertility expert). I also understand that since Fibrovan is natural product, the allopathy doctor don't want to comment on that. I was trying to findout about real people who tried got the results. I'm wondering which one to go with, Nepronil or Fibrovan. We want to go for our 2nd kid so taking more precautionary steps before I want try something. It would be great if you can share your experience with fibrovan. Thanks Kavitha |

Hi everyone
I just discovered this board and this thread. It's nice to find a thread where products are working for people. I have used Women's Best Friend. It was also a great product for me. My periods are long, painful, and heavy. The pain, bloating and general icky feeling was cut down to about 1/3 of the norm!! I took it for 3 months then switched to Breast & Uterine Fibro Defense as recommended by the maker of these products. I'm still using it. My period is also one day shorter now (was 8 days, now 7.) I'm not quite sure what to do once I've finished these (recommended for 2-4 months.) Maybe start again with WBF. I'm now taking neprinol in addition for my fibroids. Even though I have large fibroids and an enlarged uterus, I am set on avoiding surgery!!! Has anyone else have any positive results from any products? |

Hi,
I had a myomectoy 2 years ago and had 24 fibriods removed the biggest one that was larger than a grapefruit. I did a lot of research and when your fibriods get to a certain size surgery maybe your only option to remove them. I am using a product now which I am selling called 30 Plus and if you are under 30 you can use it also to regulate your hormones. In combination with a change in your diet and excercise we can fight this horrible thing called fibroids... My periods use to be long and I bleed so heavy and now they are 2-3 days with a very light flow and I am not on any birth control pills. The website is www.greathealthworks.com/janelle go to products and learn more about it... I have posted a sample from the FAQ below: Why are my hormones out of balance? There are several main reasons why your hormones may be out of balance. Various sources of estrogen exists that are foreign to a women's body such as; the oral contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy, and environmental estrogens. These estrogens when combined with the body's natural estrogen production can lead to the excess. The oral contraceptive pill commonly depletes nutrients that the body needs to metabolize estrogen. (Vitamins B6, B9, B12) Childbirth can also cause hormonal fluctuations as your body re-adjusts. Prolonged stress levels can effect hormone balance. Monthly cycles can also fluctuate causing symptoms to be generated. What is estrogen dominance? Estrogen dominance is now being recognized by experts as a major cause of hormonally related problems and is used to describe the hormone imbalance that occurs typically in women 30 Plus years of age. How long before I can expect to see an improvement in my symptoms? Generally it will take 2 menstrual cycles for 30 Plus to balance your hormone system. Some women however may experience symptom relief earlier. If you have a severe hormonal imbalance it may take a little longer depending on how long you have suffered the imbalance. Can I take 30 Plus if I am on the pill? Yes. 30 Plus will not interact with the contraceptive pill and may assist in minimizing any possible effect experienced with taking the pill. Can I take 30 Plus if I am under 30 years of age? Yes. 30 Plus is designed to balance hormones, no matter what age! Please let me know if you have any questions. Janelle |
