“ Hey Jenna! Thanks for the reply. I'm doing pretty much the same thing. Watching what I eat and exercise. I'm also cutting out all processed foods like chips, cookies, white bread and sticking to as natural as I can. I'm also eating more salmon instead of chicken or beef since I've heard that a lot of the hormones in animal meat also affect the hormones in our bodies. “ Hello Jenna, I hope this email reaches you. I am also looking into other treatments for my fibroid. Especially non surgical, and natural. I am 33 years old, not married and also wish to have children one day. I had to have surgery last year because my period lasted for about three months and wouldn't go away. When I went to my ob, they informed me about the fibroids. They didn't know why they weren't caught before. And now I have one that grew back. Hope to hear from you. ”
